For a successful installation of the Scanatic™ 360 Body Scanner, please run through the following check list and confirm the installation site complies to all the requirements.

____The space in which the scanner is to be placed is larger than the following specifications:
- ____Confirm the floor that the scanner to be placed is flat and leveled.
- ____Place the scanner within 3 m (~10 ft) of the circumference without direct light source or only with LED lights

____No outdoor lights are coming in near the space where the scanner is placed (e.g., clear glass windows)

____There is no light refracting objects near the space where the scanner is placed (eg mirror, mirror glass, polished floor ... etc.)
____If any one of # 3, # 4 and # 5 is not checked, I know that I need to use a curtain or decorative panels to cover the scanner and eliminate any possible interference from these light sources
- ____Provide two 110V or 220V power sockets and one RJ45 LAN network cable (as shown in the diagram below) near by where the scanner will be placed
- ____Confirm with relevant technician that the power supply of the site can handle maximum power usage of 500W. Normal operation should consume less than 100W of power.
- ____Provide an RJ45 network LAN (Local Area Network) cable and bring it to where the scanner will be placed. The LAN should be configured to support DHCP (an IP address should be automatically assigned), and confirm the connection to www.microsoft.com can be established without any other additional settings when directly connected to a laptop. ____After connecting to http://www.speedtest.net, test the network speeds to ensure it is higher than 2 Mbps (Download) / 0.64 Mbps (Upload)
- ____Construction or renovation of the site is completed. There are no semi-finished structures, tools or scattered sharp objects that can cause harm to installation personnel.
- ____Clean floor space near the location where the scanner is to be placed
- ____If the installation site is located in a mall, the permission from the property management should have been obtained prior to the installation
- ____If the installation site is located in a mall, communication with the logistics company about the inbound receiving of the scanner’s parts should have been pre-arranged.
- ____If the installation site is located in a mall, staff(s) should have arranged the transportation of the scanner parts from the loading lock to the installation site
- ____Assigned staffs are arranged to be trained to use the scanner after the installation is completed
