It is highly not recommended to use the Scanatic™ 360 Body Scanner in a corporate level networks as the customized network settings on premise could block many of the inbound and outbound traffics between the Body Scanner and the Scanatic™ for Fashion Platform Servers.
If using the Body Scanner to your corporate networks is the only option, please make sure the followings:
- The Body Scanner must be assigned an IP by the network. You may provide the MAC Address (also the serial number) of the Body Scanner to the corporate IT personnel to allow this device into the corporate network
- The corporate network will in fact see 5 MAC addresses from the body scanner. 1 belongs to the Computer and 4 belong to each pillar. The pillars should be operating in the subnetwork under the Computer and do not need internet access.
- Please ensure the network allows inbound and outbound traffics to the following domains
| api.tg3ds.com, mtm.tg3ds.com, tg3ds-web-tgs-prod-seoul.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com, tg3ds-web-pc-prod-seoul.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com, tg3ds-web-tgs-prod-sto.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com, tg3ds-web-pc-prod-sto.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com tg3ds-repo-prod-seoul.s3-ap-northeast-2.amazonaws.com, archive.ubuntu.com, security.ubuntu.com ntp.ubuntu.com, pool.ntp.org |
Alternative solution:
- place a router between the corporate network and the Body Scanner
- make sure your corporate network does not prohibit traffics through a router
- have the router configure to give DHCP (automatic IP assignment) to the Body Scanner
- configure the corporate network to admit the router to its networks and data flow freely to the domains listed in the table above
