Scanning using the Cloudzet App

The Cloudzet App for the Personal Mobile

• Download and install the Cloudzet on an iOS or Android mobile phone
• Customers register an account with email, phone number, or log in with their social media account
• Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the 3D scan

The Cloudzet App for the In-store Tablets

• Powering the Contactless 3D Body Scan Experience 
  • The account must be pre-registered and QR Code printed prior to the user entering the scanner
  • Users can also register on Cloudzet App on their own mobile phones and use its QR Code from the Cloudzet App on their mobile phones and scan with the Cloudzet App on the in-store tablet.
  • Users will still need to press the begin button on the screen (this is necessary due to iOS limitation on the use of the proximity sensor, so please do sanitize the button area of the screen after each use)
  • After the begin button is pressed, press the button on the screen again to approve the use of a front-facing camera to scan the QR Code and log in 
  • Available only in QR Code Log-in Mode
  • The Contactless Log-in (iOS device):
    • Total contacts with the screen: 2
  • The Contact-Free Log-in (Android devices):
    • Instead of touching the button on the screen, hover over it and the proximity sensor will pick up 
    • Total contacts with the screen : 0
  • The Contact-Free Screen Control with Gesture
    • Control the App by raising your arms
    • Screen buttons are still touchable for customers that prefer a contact experience
  • Contact-Free UI Exceptions: 
    • The UI has embedded buttons that are still touchable for customers that prefer a contact experience
    • When errors occurred and in-store staff is needed, the staff may need to touch the translucent “X” on the upper right-hand corner to troubleshoot and restore the scanner to the working state.
    • When abandoning the process, touching the translucent X on the screen will force a return to the home page

Setting up the Cloudzet App on tablet

• Download and install the Cloudzet on an iOS or Android Tablet 
• Login with a Scanatic™ for Fashion account with Scanatic™ Body Service license
• The scans will be stored under the Scanatic™ Body Service where the account belongs 

Setting up the iPad for in-Store mode

• Turn on Kiosk mode
  • Turn On
  • Set up a passcode if you want to prevent users from tampering with it
  • Display Auto-Lock: Never
  • Launch the Cloudzet App
  • Log into your Scanatic™ for Fashion account with a Scanatic™ Body Service license
  • Triple-click the Home button 
  • Click Start on the upper right-hand corner
  • The iPad should now only allow access to the Cloudzet App and tapping the home button will not bring it to the Home page
