How to Create Batch Materials/Fabrics via Excel Sheet

Batch Upload via Excel Spreadsheet Template 

1. Download the “Sheet Template”

.XLSX Template: 

Blue areas are required information. Green areas are optional. Revise details as needed.

• Brand Name = Folder 1
• Series = Folders within Folder 1
• *No. From = Single Fabric
• *No. To = Single Fabric

*No. must be the same # of digits

• If you have entered a range of fabrics, make sure the fabric numbers consist of same number of characters and always end with a number.

11	19	Correct
40311-1	40311-71	Add "0" to 40311-01
40311-01a	40311-71a	remove the alphabet at the end of the fabric number

2. Click “Batch Create Info (.xlsx)” to upload fabrics
