Conduct Calibration - Calibration

After you have ensured the cabling and connections with the IR Connectivity Test, you are ready to proceed with calibration.  The Calibration is separated into the following steps:

Reminder:  After you have confirmed that all the requirements from Before the calibration - Sanity Checks are met, you can proceed with the real calibration.  Please following the 4 steps below:

Step 1

Clear the scanner and make sure there are no objects inside, including the CalibKit, then press Begin Calibration.

 

Step 2

 

Before placing the Calibkit insdie the scanner, unlatch and remove the handle as show on the images below. This will ensure the Calibkit lays flat and even on the floor when opened.

  

Place the CalibKit well centered inside the scanner on the floor with wheels facing the Controller System.

Unlatch the lock and open up the CalibKit

Make sure it is positioned in the center most position of the scanner.  C = D and A = B in distance 

Lightly press the CalibKit down with your hand or foot so it does not move during the expansion

Pull the handle and slowly raise up the zigzagged screen

Continue to expand it

Fully expanded

Press Next and it will begin Step 2 Calibration.  This can take a couple of minutes

Step 3

 

Processing the Calibration Results.  It can take up to 5 minutes, so please be patient.  If it gives you an error, Doing Calibration - Common Issues to troubleshoot.

Step 4

• Do a scan with your Cloudzet App (available on both App Store and Google play) on the mobile phone.  Rotate your avatar and  examine your avatar in 360 degrees to make sure there are no anomalies on the silhouette or body surface.  
• If you have not yet activated the scanner, please connect to a non-scanner WIFI network and go to https://mtm.tg3ds.com.  Select [Activate your Scanatic products] to activate the scanner first.
