Here is a list of common issues you may encounter during calibration and actions you can take:
Error Code: 400
The Fix: Unplug the power cord completely from the power socket and wait for a few minutes then plug it back in. This will reset all electrical devices in the scanner.
Error Code: 999
The Cause: it is often caused when you bring another app to the foreground during calibration which causes the browser to time out. All you need to do is refresh the Safari browser and it will resume with the status bar
The Fix: Press the refresh button on the browser
The Calibration Software will resume to the page with progress bar
Calibration Initializing Error:
The Cause: The installation site may not have enough lighting to properly detect the CalibKit.
The Fix: Turn on some lights and make sure to avoid direct sunlight, halogen or any IR-interfering light sources.
The Cause: the sensors above the computer may not be properly set up with the right tilting angles.
The Fix: Make sure you have positioned the sensors following Assembly - Putting on the Computer (the "CPU")
If the Issue persists and that you have already tried the fixes listed above, copy and paste the following url on the browser to skip the initialization check and continue.

Calculation Error:
The Cause: This happens when the computer module is not properly placed.
The Fix: Make sure you have positioned the sensors following Assembly - Putting on the Computer (the "CPU")

| Error Code | Possible Causes | The Fix |
| 2002 | Objects detected in Step 1 | Remove any objects in the scanner (including the CalibKit) during Step 1 |
| 2101 | Sensor view is obstructed |
Please check if the USB cable inside the pillar is blocking the sensor’s views and make sure the black covers on the pillars are free from dust and fingerprints on both sides. | 2103 | Sensor angle anomaly |
Make sure you’ve run the Connectivity Tests and that the pins holding the sensor angles are placed in and that the sensors are pushed all the way down its slot. Also, make sure that the Computer is sitting flat on the floor. Parts of the Computer is sitting on the bottom metal frame could change the sensors viewing angle. |
| 2201 | Depth image anomaly |
|
| 2202 | Please make sure the CalibKit is stably placed in the center and not wobbling during the calibration (i.e. Avoid strong airflow from overhead vent. Turn off the air conditioner for just for calibration phase) | |

Affected sensors: xa-ya and xb-yb (ie. C-2, see reference diagram below) Check the specific sensors for fingerprints smudges/dusts and re-run Calibration

This is a warning on insufficient depth data acquired from the ground. You can run calibration one more time and if the same warning persists, you can choose to ignore it. This won't affect the accuracy on the scan
